Reena's POV

I had never felt as sad as the way I was feeling now. My mate wasn't here, and I was feeling so unsafe in this dark room. I could see insects and rats crawling in the room while the dust mixed with the rain to form a muddy floor.

I sniffed, hoping he would find me soon. I knew my mate, and I could tell he would have been tearing the whole place apart trying to find me.

The night was getting late, and my eyes were getting heavy. I could tell how weak my body was plus all the pains I was feeling due to how I was handled by these men.
