Reena's POV

I opened my eyes, sharp pain showing up in my skull as I winced, asking myself what happened. The room was dark, and due to the absence of my wolf, I couldn't see anyone in the room.

"Good thing you were able to take her down boss, you were wise to give her that hallucinating injection. That was what helped me catch her, else she kept going."

My heart felt a pang, and my eyes widened when I heard the voice of the men speaking.
