Thanks to the Moon Goddess, Zena kept Mason occupied as I got to the brief meeting with some newly settled hybrid habitats.

I know there are only a total of 6% hybrids in the Central and it's not intentional. They are stronger than unevolved werewolves and that is a threat to the population of the Crescent Moon Pack. The pack members protest against them to drive them out which I find one-sided.

My father was also neutral about it until he had to make a choice.

I'm not taking his steps. I make sure each and every one of them settles with measures.

And I'm supposed to be concentrating on everything the chief is saying but I can't hear him.

I can't get over the unhappy look in Mason’s eyes when he couldn't get what he wanted from me. I could smell the arousal around him when he walked towards me, I could see the desire to kiss me in his eyes.

All this when Zena was watching and I'm sure she might have smelled his arousal too.
