The car's speed increased; the driver must have noticed I was following them.

Determined, I stepped on the accelerator real time with the plan to overtake their car.

The more I went after them, the more their car's speed increased. After some minutes of playing cat and rat, I successfully overtook them on a bridge that led to another area.

I alighted my car and walked over to theirs.

"I need to talk to you now, Mr. Karl."

"What's the meaning of all these, Mr. Mackay?" He was losing his patience already.

"It's urgent. Just spare me a few minutes." I pleaded gently. After so much persuasion, he gave in and we headed back to his hotel. Our meeting was held at the rooftop of the hotel, the roof of about a fifty-storey building.

"Could I ask where you were heading to?" I inquired politely even though I knew the answer. He was going to run away.

"I don't think that should be any of your business." He replied sassily. I didn't mind by the way.

"Please get to the point." He added.
