Lydia Richmond's POV

“It's going to be fine. Don't you trust me anymore?” Alpha Quinn held me and made me rest his head on his muscular chest. I couldn't bear this and I cried. I did not bother to hold back at all.

“I trust you, but I don't think you can do much in this situation!” I told him plainly. “I was here live and direct and I heard the options. None was friendly and I know which one you would have to choose.”

“Come on!” Alpha Quinn told me. He held my head and made me gaze at him. “That's it! You don't trust me at all but then, you need to. I am going to find a way!”

“But I see no way…” I told him. “No matter what it is, I am going to be taken by Stone. The only difference could be if it would be with a lot of dead bodies or with no dead bodies at all.”

“There has to be another way!” Alpha Quinn persisted. I knew this was hard on me but he still had to understand that this was reality. There was a dead end.
