32. Refusal

She couldn't sleep the whole night. She couldn't even decipher what was happening in her life. Two men wanted to marry her and both of them asked her on the same night. What more miraculous thing could happen than this?

She got up from the bed and did ablution as she prayed in the silence of her room. Raising her hands like a crescent shape in the air and prayed to Almighty Allah to show her the right thing. She wept silently because she felt burdened.

She didn't know whom to choose. If Hamza had never asked her about marrying him, she might've said yes to Salaar but now she didn't know what to do anymore.
