Nora

Hearing my name being called out, I rolled my eyes and turned to see Klaus jogging all the way to my car.

I huffed out air from my lungs and placed a hand on the roof of my car and the other by my side as I waited for him to approach.

Upon reaching me, he stuck out a document, his breathing a little ragged from the running he did.

"You shouldn't leave without this," he said, squinting his eyes to look at me as the sun was shining a little too brightly. I reached out my hand and took the document from him.

"Thanks," I muttered under my breath. It was just common courtesy. I was thanking him for running all the way down just to give the document to me. I had already forgotten it as my mind was focused on the rest of the things I had to do for the day.

"Nora…" he hesitated and waited for me to respond.

I arched a brow in inquisition and folded my arms.

"I really need to talk to you," he said again. Whatever he wanted to say must be quite important because this was the second time he
