Heart broken.

The dawn was cold, and sunrise was approaching. Both Belinda and Jisoo were still staring at their phones, waiting for their friend Katherina to respond to their messages. They were worried, distressed. Their best friend, after letting her go to Tom's house to confront everything, hadn't returned, and they hadn't heard anything from her. She didn't reply to messages or calls from her other friends. It was as if she had gone far away, as if she didn't want to be near.

Jisoo, who was still trying to call the brunette, felt a slight weight on her right shoulder. It was Belinda, leaning on her, and she told her that Katherina wasn't responding, and the others—Katherina's friends—said the same.
