Livid.

When the car stopped in front of A&M’s and the valet opened the door, I was ready to throw daggers at Percy Alexandro’s head without blinking. The valet smiled at me but I was to engrossed with skinning the man I was meant to be tied to.

“Miss Maverick?” I turned as I entered the building, a man in charred black suit stood with his hands by his side. “We’ve been expecting you, right this way please.” He directed leading me up to a private floor at the top of the building. Just as expected when the doors opened, I was greeted with an almost empty space, the interior was everything minimal yet sophisticated. The only table that was occupied was situated down the south far away from the windows.
