*AUTHOR'S POV*

"Sit down and show me what you got. I'm in a hurry." Leone said in his usual authoritative voice as he sat on his chair.

"Yeah sure" Gabby replied sitting opposite him and taking out her laptop.

"What's this?"

"It's my laptop, obviously." Gabby replied in sarcasm.

"I know. I'm asking why you're taking it out."

"That's where the contract is."

"What contract?"

"The one I prepared." Gabby replied and looked up to see Leone's face.

The confusion on his face made her add,

"Listen, I have agreed to marry you out of helplessness. But I can't just go into a marriage alliance with you when I don't have any assurance."

Her eyes were glued to her screen as her fingers moved about the touch pad and keyboard simultaneously

"Assurance? What? So you want money now?"

"Did I say that? The contract I prepared for you to sign states all my terms and conditions so go ahead and read it." Gabby said and turned her laptop to face him.
