Chapter Thirty-Two

Lisa was at her desk when David approached her. He had a warm smile glued on his face.

"The same tells me something good just happened"

David couldn't fathom why he was very happy this morning. He made Valerie stop taking her pills and she agreed to moving in with him. He wanted to drive her to her apartment to pick up her stuff later in the day but Valerie insisted that she do it alone while David waited for her at home.
