"Where did you know him from?"

She asked me with her eyes looking widely at me.

"Let him go first and I would tell you everything. " I went over and tried to take her hand off his clothes but she was adamant about letting go.

"I can't let him go, he might run away."

She fixed her hand again on his clothes.

"He is one of Mr. Christian's workers."

She raised her brow at me like I was making up some stories.

"For goodness sake, would let the poor guy go and let me explain everything to you."

She slowly let go of his collar. The guy arranged it, before stepping to the side.

"We wouldn't be needing you here, I suggest that you should leave already."

I told him and he quietly nodded, before leaving.

"Okay cool, kindly go inside and tell all what has been going on and what just happened outside."

She didn't give me any breathing space as she dragged me inside the house.
