I did not bother to look outside again

I locked the door and quickly made my way to my room to take my phone, to call Kevin and Brandon to come down to the living room because I was beginning to get scared.

How could I hear a knock at the door to just check for the second time and see nobody there?

It took me almost about 3 minutes to get a hold of my phone because I didn't know where I had dumped it, when I last used it.

I was able to find it on the vanity table in my closet. Immediately I set my hands on it, I took it and hurried into the living room .

Immediately I reached the living room, my eyes darted to the door subconsciously.
