Chapter 49

The past couple of days had seen little to no sunshine.

And even in BlueVille, the weather was no different. The birds hid in their nests while the trees kept dancing in the direction of the wind.

The somber calmness of the town was one that could induce laziness and force one to stay in bed all day.

But Louisa would not give in to such temptation.

As early as ten in the morning she was already at Tracy's to finish the interior design she had started.

"My dear, do you need something?" Mrs Briggs asked Louisa who was fixing the curtain designs along the windows of Tracy's living room.

Earlier, Louisa had a tour of the apartment and concluded that it was more spacious than hers.

The three-bedroom apartment was painted in plain white colours. And In every corner of the house was a vase containing bright flowers.

Tracy had made a copy of the photo of her parents in her locket and had enlarged it into a big picture frame.
