Chapter Fifty Three

Nadia had been sitting at the dining table for minutes after she had gotten home and changed, staring at the bowl of fruit that she had cut, unable to eat it. She had been feeling so exhausted with her thoughts and feeling emotionally drained, her mind ruminating over and over about how she was garbage, meant to be tossed hopelessly by people.

Though something in her other mind had tried to refute the admission of such about herself, her brain had strongly processed the self-sabotage it wanted to believe.

She had been trying to feel better and improve her mood. She had no idea what to do to make herself feel better, making continuing her ongoing book even harder. She had no one to talk to, no family to confide in, and could not tell the only friend she had. She was just sad on her own.

Worst of all was that she didn't even know how to make herself happy and get over the negativity that she had been feeding herself with.
