Chapter Fifty One

“Please! Please! tell me you recorded the whole thing for me?”. President Renault asked Cesar on the phone.

“No.” Cesar replied.

“What?!Why?!”. Oliver cried in disappointment. "You promised! You never break your promises."

“Where were you? You said you’d call and I waited but got no response.” Cesar said.

“Yeah I had a meeting with Cassandra". He sounded disgruntled. "She's so annoying. I felt like jumping out of the window or just straight strangling myself."

Cesar decided to put him out of his misery and he chuckled. “Of course I recorded the whole thing.” He told his friend and was rewarded with Oliver’s howls of excitement making him laugh.

“I hope you’re alone while you’re displaying this madness.” Cesar commented.

“Yeah I am." Oliver said. "So when do I get it?”.

“Soon." Cesar checked his wrist watch. "In thirty minutes. Special delivery."

“Cool! I hope you at least cried when she said her vows.” Oliver mocked him.
