It was a Friday evening and just like every weekday, it was just me at home. I had decided to clean the house and wash the dishes out of boredom and also because I couldn’t stand seeing dirty dishes in all because the old lady that cleaned Aziel’s house hadn’t been there for a few days. I was wearing short shorts that probably displayed half of my butt cheeks and a tube top with no bra. I mean it was only me at home, I didn’t need to dress up. Hearing the kitchen door close, I realized that Aziel was back home. I didn’t bother turning around ‘cause I didn’t want him to complain about why I was doing the dishes when he had someone paid to do the job. Suddenly I felt his presence behind me. His body heat and intoxicating scent that I’d associated with him engulfed me. He wrapped his arms around my waist, placing his chin on my shoulder. “I’m home, Red.” He whispered softly like I didn’t know that before. A small smile broke out on my face and I took my hands out of the soapy water
“It’s not as easy as you think, A.” I said into my phone speaker as I picked at the loose thread on my skirt. “You forgot that Aziel and I aren’t like other couples.” Yes, I was speaking to Alex on the phone and yes we were talking about my situation. It’s been five days since I had that dream about Aziel and I’d been thinking that as time went by, I would forget about it and perhaps my horniness would subside but well I was wrong because nothing changed. I could almost say it had gotten worse ‘cause I thought about sex now way more than I ever did before. Alex had said something about how it was perfectly normal for a pregnant woman to be constantly thinking about sex and wanting it. She said it was my hormones working and honestly I wish they would just shut off and stop making me feel like a horny dog. The thing is, it wasn’t even about Aziel now. I just wanted to have sex, a crazy one to get rid of the frustration I was starting to feel. I just needed a man to do the job. I do
“Why do you have this, Red?” Aziel asked again and I charged forward to grab the book out of his hand but unfortunately, he caught on and raised the book above our heads where he knew my hand could never reach. “Give it back, Aziel.” I didn’t bother stretching my hands to try to get it from him because I knew it was pointless doing that. Not only was he taller than me, but he also had longer arms. “Answer my question.” “It’s none of your business.” I scowled at him. “Give the book back. You don’t see me touching your stuffs.” “Who are you planning to seduce?” He asked like he didn’t hear me asking for my book back. “Me?”“No!” I exclaimed. “W-why will I want to seduce you?” I hated that my voice shook, almost betraying me. “Besides, it's not even about seduction, just give it back please.” “What’s it about then?” He asked instead.“Nothing!” “Hmm, you said that a little too fast for me to believe you.” “It’s really nothing, I promise.” I blinked multiple times, breaking eye con
“I’m home.” I heard Aziel’s voice say from the living room. He was late as the time was around past seven. “Kitchen.” I shouted and not even a minute later, I noticed his presence in the kitchen. I was by the kitchen island chopping some vegetables when he came in so my back was to him. “What are you doing?” He asked even though he already knew what I was going. “Cooking,” I replied anyway. I walked over to the stove and poured the chopped vegetables into a hot pot containing some oil. “And why are you doing that? I told you not to do anything to stress yourself.” He complained. “And I’m not. Do I look stressed to you?” I asked as I stirred the vegetables in the pot under low heat. “Red, I told you to tell me if you wanted anything. That’s why I hired a cook and those maids. Why do you feel the need to do their job when they’re getting paid for it already.” It’s been two weeks since Aziel had hired two maids to help clean the house and a chef even though I had told him we didn’
He knocked again. “Open the door, Red.” A frown appeared on my face at the sound of his voice. I quickly wiped away my tears with the back of my hand. “No. Go away.” I said after remembering that he didn’t have an extra key anymore. I already took it from him. “I’m not leaving this place until you open the door.” I had almost forgotten that Aziel could be quite stubborn and annoying sometimes. “Then be prepared to stay out there forever!” He was stubborn but I was more stubborn than he could ever be. I folded my arms across my chest and glared at the door as if expecting Aziel to magically walk through it. “Red,” He called and I didn’t answer. “I know you’re away, open the door we need to talk.” “I don’t have anything to say to you. I’m sure whatever you have to say can wait till tomorrow.” “No. You’re mad at me for some unfathomable reason.” Unfathomable? I scoffed. He really thought there was no reason for me to be mad at him. Really? “I don’t want you to go to sleep mad.
Since I got pregnant, I've thought of myself as a less desirable woman to men. I thought no man would want to have anything to do with a pregnant woman carrying another man's child, I thought they would be repulsed. But looking at Aziel now, looking at how glazed his eyes were with desire, he wanted me, even though I wasn't carrying his child, he lusted over me. And that brought this indescribable joy to me. Aziel gently laid me on the bed and then hovered above me with both hands on either side of me. I swallowed as I looked into his eyes from that position. They were so close that I could see the stripes of blue and golden flecks in them, both colors creating an intricate pattern and adding more uniqueness to his sea-green eyes. I thought that beautiful at that moment, not scary, just beautiful. My hand slowly reached up to caress one side of his chiseled face, down to his sharp jawline. I moved up to his chin and then to his plump dark pink lips. The same lips that had given me
“Good morning ma’am.” Lana greeted as soon as I walked into the kitchen. She quickly picked up a rag from the kitchen island and hid it behind her. “Good morning Lana. You don’t have to mind me, just keep doing what you were doing before I got here. “ I told her before walking over to the coffee machine and turning it on. “Is Aziel in his room?” I asked as I added the coffee bean into the machine and waited for it to brew. “No ma’am. He left for work a few minutes ago.” She replied and I wasn’t surprised. Although it was barely 8 am and Aziel never used to leave for work until after 8 am, I knew he wouldn’t be in the house. It had after all been that way for the past five days. Since that moment we had in my room. I nodded without looking back at her. “And Theo?” I asked just as the brewed coffee started to drip into my cup. “He’s still in his room ma’am. I haven’t seen him this morning.” She said. I added milk and sugar to my coffee and stirred with a teaspoon. Taking a seat at
We arrived at the apartment complex a little over an hour later because we had to stop by a car rental place first. After exchanging pleasantries with the caretaker, she led us upstairs to the vacant apartment. We got into the elevator and she pushed the button that would take us to the top floor. “I promise you, Mr. Theo, you’re going to like it. It’s a very great opportunity as this area isn’t for the ordinary. I contacted you the moment the former owner moved out before anyone else could grab this opportunity because I don’t know anyone who could be worthy of a place like this besides you.” She gave a small laugh and Theo flashed her a polite smile. The elevator opened to a large empty room. The caretaker stepped out first before Theo and I followed. As I walked further into the huge room, I realized that it was a condo. I became fascinated as I looked around the condo. I’d never been to one and I never imagined it to be that big. “This is the master bedroom.” She said as she p
