As soon as I opened my eyes I saw the space next to me. It felt like I had a flashback. This is exactly how I woke up on my first day here. Yawning, I ran my palm against my face and stared at the high ceiling of the master's bedroom contemplating whether I'd get out of bed fast and spend another minute laying in here doing nothing.
