CHAPTER FOURTEEN

Agat Rayden could have any girl he wanted. He was worried about me. It was written all over his face. He cared for me. I couldn't ignore my insecurities. He could change his mind at any time. Every time, it made my heart thunder. 

        I didn't wanna mistake his care and attention for something else which would hurt me later like hell. I could not deter Agat, he had our contract. I hadn't read it thoroughly. The contract he showed me and the contract I signed were different. The signed one seemed with more clauses and rules. My brother was happy. I was happy too. 

       I swang my feet out of the mattress after a deep sleep. 

       I grimaced at the piece of paper under the empty glass. I plucked it from the table removing the glass over it. I smiled reading his beautiful handwriting

        'Be ready at seven. We're having dinner together.'
