CHAPTER TEN

We were back in New York. Agat had some urgent meetings to attend. So he promised in front of Jen to take us both out when Jen would come back to attend our marriage. It all changed. I wasn't living in my parent's old apartment anymore. 

      I wanted to live in my home but he didn't approve of it. I couldn't fathom, what did he wanna prove to his parents? I felt dread and ecstasy at the same time when he announced the date of the wedding, after fifteen days on Sunday. He ordered me to arrange everything, especially decoration. I was worse at doing it and explaining things to him. I was expecting him to change his decision, it was impossible.
