After almost an hour they arrived at Catherine's and Robert's home. Catherine and Ember hadn't said a word to each other except for when Catherine asked Ember what it is that she wanted to eat when they arrived at the restaurant to order food. They both got out of the car and a maid walked out of the house to help them with Ember's luggage.After Catherine had shown Ember the room that she'd be sleeping in. She then left her alone to unpack and just be with herself. Ember slowly opened her eyes as she tried to adjust to the bright light that was right above her. As soon as she was able to fully adjust to the bright light she was finally able to look at her surroundings.
