Chapter 32

Zora’s point of view

“Your parents want to see Ariana and I?” My eyes popped open as I asked.

Immediately I remembered his mother, she doesn’t like me a bit.

“Yes, you don’t want that? It’s just for a couple of days and maybe celebrate the new year with them and be back.” He said and I gulped and breathed down softly.

“That would be fun.” I laughed awkwardly, I know his parents so well but his mother doesn’t really like me and to add to it, I am a divorcee with a child. Will she accept me?

“You have nothing to worry about, okay? I’ll be right there beside you.” Austin reassured me and smiled and I smiled back and felt a little ease.

The Christmas party was over and Austin left after saying he will be back by 10am so we can start our journey to his parents place.

The thoughts of facing his mother once again filled me with a huge feeling of unease and discomfort.
