Chapter 40. At home

Meanwhile, Liam is upstairs in their family mansion, starring at his gorgeous white cousin, who refuses to let him rest as she keeps following him up and down the staircase and even into his chamber.

Liam sighs and returns her downstairs to her mother, where she's sitting in the living room with his mother.

"Big brother, do you go to school?" Cynthia asks him as he delivers her back to her mother's arms, who is sitting on the couch too.

"No, Cynthia, I am a businessman, not a student," he says, his mother and aunt smiling at him.

"Really? "But mom told me that my older brother is in school," Little Cynthia explains.

"No. "Maybe not me, but one of your big brothers, like your father's brother's children," Liam says.

"Okay, do you have a wife?" Cynthia inquires again, shocking Liam, and he stiffens.

"Cynthia!, "What do you know about your wife?" Her mother interjects while cuddling her up.

"But mom, you told me that my uncle would be marrying soon!" Little Cynthia accuses her mot
