Chapter 29 A Location Tracker

Keira POV

When my wolf told me, my heart began to pound and my thoughts went blank. I tried to stay awake and sore by clenching my hands while my nails dug deeply into my skin.

My God, you've always wanted this, and now it's become a reality! If this is a fake, I had better wake up from this dream because losing something you've already owned will break your heart a thousand times more.

Only the knowledge that I had finally shifted and that this gorgeous, enormous wolf was MINE helped me get up shakily once the pain in my palm subsided for a short while.

"Really?" I held my breath as I awaited the long-overdue response.

"Yes. Name me, Keira." She came up to me and licked my hand.

A name? When I was very young, I gave my wolf three names, and there was a time when I felt as though all I had done had been in vain. Finally, I can remove those three names from the memory drawer, set them in the sun, and allow the wind to blow the dust off them.
