Adrian snuggled his face in the crook of her neck while hugging her. Melanie thought about pushing him away but restrained herself by feeling the way he was hugging her. That hug wasn't his want but was his need.

She neither pushed him away nor hugged him back, until

"I'm fed with all of this," he cooed against her skin. Melanie's brows furrowed in confusion.

"Someone is stealing my company's confidential information and data and is selling it to my rivals," he revealed. She became stunned.

Adrian pulled back and looked into her shocked eyes.

"And this is the third time someone has leaked my relevant project plans to my rivals. I had so much hope with that project and I had planned it with so much effort and time but again someone ruined it and now one of my rival companies has already executed it and has started working on that project," Adrian sighed after completing his words.
