Chapter 43: The Hybrid that Started it all

"Get off me!" Moraya shouts as I pinned her down, "Who do you think you are?!" She shouts.
"From what everyone else tells me, I'm the next, Luna. Now, tell me why you came here trying to drag Harvey away with you?"
"It's none of your business! Let me go!" Moraya struggles under my grip; you'd think she'd be stronger than this, wasn't she once a Luna too? I notice her trim nails and perfectly unflawed skin as I look her over. This woman hasn't known work her whole life.
"Why are you protecting a Rogue anyway?" She asks.
"Because, unlike other packs, we see their potential."
Moraya narrows her eyes on me; then her eyes go to my bracelte. She then smiles, "Oh, how funny. So you're from the Astra pack? No wonder you are recruiting Rogues. Are you looking for more suitors, succubus?" She teases, but I'm taken back by her comment.
