EMILY POV

I froze when I saw Kay staring at me but I acted as if nothing had happened. I wanted to tell him what I had seen but on second thoughts, he was not a good person so I kept it to myself. He stopped me as I turned to return to my room and backed me to a corner. Then he caressed my cheeks and brought his lips closer to mine.

I was shocked by his gesture. It was disgusting to see him making moves on me after all he had put me through. He was even my brother-in-law which made it worse. I could not control my anger and I landed a hot slap on his face. It turned red instantly and I raced to my room and locked the door. He would have pulled me back but I bet he didn't expect my reaction.

"What's going on? Why are you panting?" Leo asked as he yawned and sat upright.

"Nothing! You should go back to sleep," I replied and went into the bathroom. I looked in the mirror for minutes. I couldn't fathom what Kay wanted from me. I could not decide whether to inform Leo or keep it to mysel
