“I’ll make sure they pay attention,” Eddie said. He took out his cell phone and called someone. After a few minutes of playful banter, he had Ella give the details of her brother’s fraudulent activities and then they put up an alert for him. Ella took one last look around the house and then they closed the back door and walked back to the car.
