The door swung open. His Lordship stepped into the room with a big smile on his face. I didn't understand if this was a smile of accomplishment or stupidity.

"What is the meaning of this? Why am I here?" I glared at him.

"Pretty one. You are here because I need you to be," he said.

"What do you mean by that?"

"I am taking you as my wife."

My mouth fell open. I couldn't help but laugh "Are you insane? Wife? You do know I am married, right? How can you do something so despicable?"

He smiled and reached out to touch me with his hands, I quickly got out of the way.
