Maya wrapped her arms around Grayson’s neck as he pulled her closer to him that night in their room. She closed her eyes when she felt his lips underneath her ear, kissing her skin hungrily and doing light nibbles on her earlobe.

The past few weeks had been quite challengingly hard, stressful and traumatic for both of them. It all had started with her discovery of Elizabeth Blackthorne that made her rebel against him that led to their first major fight since being together. Next came the threatening messages she’s been receiving on her phone as well through her mail, which she finally showed to Grayson, that led her to that accident.

Upon being discharged at the hospital, Maya was informed that Grayson, along with Jordan, were arrested and brought to the station and detained, over the altercation and disturbance they did at the hospital.

“This is all my fault,” she cried to Thomas, who picked her up that m
