“What?” Nathan asked kissing my collar bone. I wanted to take back what I said and I would have if he hadn’t heard it. When I didn’t answer, he came up to my face resting himself above me on his elbows so that he wouldn’t crush me with his weight.

Our heavy breaths didn’t do anything to cover up what I said. I tried to pull Nathan back to me but he stayed firm. I sighed and took a deep breath. “Uh… The man send me an email today morning.”

Nathan raised his brow first in confusion and then realized who I was speaking about. “Bloody hell!” he cursed before removing himself off me. For a second, he lay beside me in complete silence. “Couldn’t you tell me earlier?” He was pissed but I wasn’t entirely sure of what exactly.
