“Do you want me to drop you?” Marco asked making me turn around to face him. I shook my head.
And then pointed towards the operation theatre. “James needs someone and can you please call in his wife?” He nodded. I know what he was waiting for but it was hard for me to say the words. “Kelly will drop me. I hope you don’t mind.” I said looking at her, she gave me a thumbs up.
We started to go to the entrance when I stopped again, Marco had begun to walk to the theatre. "Marco, wait.” He turned around. He knew what I was going to say. “Please make him like the billionaire that he is known for.” With tears in his eyes, he nodded and went his way.
The drive to the Dominic mansion was silent as I remembered the days in Maldives. IT hasn’t even been a week, I scrolled through the pictures we had taken when I remembered the email. It had said ‘tricked you’.
