Surprise Visitors

I couldn’t confront him yesterday and I don’t think I will ever have the courage to do so. I really wanted to but I couldn’t. Nathan being adamant on doing what he wants changed my focus. He came back to bed all tensed and when I asked, he told me about his mother.

She is such a strong woman that I can’t expect her to have a sudden decline in her blood pressure. I spoke to her and she sounded fine but there was fear in her voice. She made sure to make me promise that Nathan should not return back until the honeymoon is over.

I did ask her if they were busy, I could ask my parents to keep Helena for a few more days but she was against it. I looked at the clock. The post is supposed to be here in fifteen with all the things I bought for Nathan. He is in his room and will be there for the rest of the day doing some work.
