Chapter 73 - Dylan Ashford
Dylan POV
I smile as I hear her closing the bathroom door. She still has some secrets from me, but it’s okay. I will give her some time to work through that. She will trust me completely eventually and I can wait. I know she is hiding something big from me and that’s why she wanted to play the two truths and one lie on our first date. She was trying to find a way of telling me something. I can wait.
I roll around on the bed, resting now on my back with my arm hanging over my eyes, covering them as I smile, remembering last night. I fucked Jo on every surface of this room. And I can’t wait for my house to be ready so I can do the same there.
My phone pings and I grab it as I raise it in front of my eyes and I see that is an email from their DNA clinic. I sit up straight, putting my feet on the floor while my hands shake slightly. I open it and start reading the report. Most of what it says there I can’t understand. It’s three pages and I can feel my heart beat

Dylan POV As we walk down the stairs, I can feel Jo feel a lot more relaxed than before. We walk through the lobby to the sitting area where my mom is drinking some tea and reading a pile of papers.
