Jake and Crystal were perplexed by Felix's statement.

However, more than finding out what Mercedes was other than a human being, they were worried about her current state. She was not giving signs of life and her pulse was weakening with each passing second. Suddenly, Mercedes jolted up and gasped for air like rising from the dead. They were startled by her unexpected awoken state. Her eyes were golden and glowing. By the looks of it was like she was possessed.

" Mercedes?" Crystal reached out slowly but she swatted her hand away. " Don't touch me! It hurts. My whole body!" she sprung up from the couch only to end up on the floor in agony, again. No one knew what to do than just horrifically watch her writhe on the floor. Crystal got up and ran to her room to get the medical kit. She rummaged through it in haste to find a sedative enough to put a wolf down. It was a risk but she was willing to take it to be able to somehow alleviate Mercedes's pain until they can figu
