Ophelia was waiting in my room for me. She quickly smoothes down her red hair as she smiles at me. “I’m really sorry about your friend.”

“Thanks,” I murmur. It was still a lot for me to process. I blamed myself. If I had convinced the twins to reject me, Bree would still be alive.

Ophelia's green eyes are staring at me as she loosely braids her hair. “Do you know who did it?”

I know it's obvious to dislike Jaxon and I don't know why, but I like him. he's so stuck in his ways that blue shakes things up and he pushes her too. I like Xander too, but he can't be perfect, right? I like them both for blue in different ways. ugh! difficult decision.who to trust?
