As I lay on the examination table, the pack doctor began to treat my injuries. As she worked, she congratulated me on the war, a smile on her face. "Your pack should be proud of you, Alpha Asher," she said. "You have protected them and brought them victory."

I couldn't help but feel a sense of pride at her words. I had done what I had set out to do, I had protected my pack, and now they could all move forward together, stronger and more united than ever before. "Thank you," I replied. "But it was not just me, it was the bravery and sacrifice of every warrior that led us to victory."

The doctor nodded in agreement. "Indeed, your warriors were brave and their sacrifice will not be forgotten. But you were the one who led them, who made the difficult decisions and protected them."
