This was the only way I could bring peace to the pack. Since I had heard she was half wolf, half witch, I found her to be the perfect bridge between the two species.

She alone understood what it meant to be misunderstood and called names from both sides.

She would be able to create a safe space for everyone in the pack by being the one who would understand the troubles of each person.

The meeting I had been in with the witches and the wolves had only been left adjourned for the next day.
