Indigo’s POV

I wasn’t fast enough to leave the way so I created a weak shield which was smashed immediately as I was tossed into the air.

Before landing, I created a cushion which reduced the damage of my fall.

“What are you doing?” I asked to my feet. I was trying to be nice to these wolves, whoever they were. “Do you know who you’re attacking?!”

“Oh we know, alright,” grunted the leader with seven wolves coming into view. “And we want you taken down.”

“This could incite a war between the two species. I would advise you to stop and think better of what you’re trying to do before you do it.”

They chuckled at each other. Clearly they were enjoying this fight and I was not ready to have any with them.

My clothes were getting drenched from the rain as it intensified.

“Shit,” I groaned. I could not defend myself against these assholes and protect myself from the rain at the same time. I had to do one.
