She still had a confused look on her face. She didn’t understand me one bit but who could blame her? I was using a movie example to make sure I was not being brought out into the fields to be trained like some kind of shaolin monk.

“So is this what it’s like? Is that what’s going to happen here?” I asked again just as the woman shrugged.

“I don’t know what you’re talking about. And no, I can’t magically help you gain magical powers, I am not God. All I can do for you is help you train with it but right now, you don’t have those powers.”

“So why are we here then?”

“It’s getting late and it might rain. I just need help herding the sheep into the pen, that’s it.”
