Sera sat upright and cross-legged on the cool floor of the cave, her eyes were closed,… and her mind focused on her breathing.

She had been practicing— her meditation diligently, and today was not going to be any different.

“Breath in.. Breathe out.”

As she inhaled and exhaled, she felt a calming presence bloom within her, guiding her through her breaths.

"Good, keep going," Kira, her inner wolf, spoke softly in her mind. "Breathe deeply, let the energy flow through you and surround your womb."

Sera followed Kira's guidance feeling a zing of powerful energy zap through her. As she continued to breath… she focused on her twins. she could hear their heartbeats, synchronized and steady, powerful and strong.

"You're doing great, Sera. You and your twins are strong," Kira assured her.

Sera smiled softly as she realized that her connection with her inner wolf had grown a thousand times stronger than before.
