I search through a few of the papers sitting on the desk in front of me. I then stand, and go through the cabinets and the drawers, finding all the information I needed, some I expected, and some I didn’t. I enjoy the celebration as much as I can and as it gets closer to midnight and the moon's highest peak; I walk out onto the makeshift stage. I hold a microphone behind my back just in case my voice doesn't carry like it should. I feel hot and cold; I shiver and then I am covered in sweat. I fight, trying to find my way through the darkness, but I am pulled back into the darkness, away from the heat and the cold. The next time I seem to be aware I am still in the darkness but as I move my arms, I feel short silk-type fur in one hand and fluffy soft fur in the other.I look down and see that I have a white panther standing on one side and a white wolf standing on the other. I guess any normal person would be scared, but I wasn't I felt like they were a part of me and me a part of them.
