LocknessHi, This is a slightly shorter chapter as it is the last chapter in the Third Person POV, as the battle itself is over. I will now return to Zachariah's POV as he continues to look for Yasmine.

ZACHARIAH I feel someone touch my shoulder and then crouch down next to me. I barely hear him as he asks, “Zachariah… Was she here?” I don’t answer him, as it feels like I failed her once again. I watch as Isaac walks slowly over to where she is standing and hesitantly lifts his hand and places it on her cheek. She flinches but lifts her head to look at him. I then feel it as Morpheus taps into something I didn’t even realise was there. I search through a few of the papers sitting on the desk in front of me. I then stand, and go through the cabinets and the drawers, finding all the information I needed, some I expected, and some I didn’t. I swear that I will kill Valentino when I catch up with him, looking at this paperwork, and with what Nyla told me, he has fallen even further than I thought he ever could. One of the things I wasn’t expecting but should have known was that most of these orders and contracts have been approved and signed by none other than King Malik or his father. I shake my head at these papers. I can now prove that King Malik has never put the kingdom first and from the looks of some of these contracts, he makes millions off of Valentino’s business here. I then look over at Alpha Isaac, who is standing in the corner, “How is Nyla?” “Better. She was surprised when I told her about Leah…” He then hangs his head. I look over at the other two and nod toward the door. They nod and walk out of the room, closing the door behind them. I then look back at Isaac and say, “Come sit down.” I wait for him to do as I say and then continue. “What is it?” “She found out yesterday that she is pregnant…” “Does she know who?” “Alpha Arlo…” “How far is she?” “Only a couple of weeks, as they force the heat and have more intense checks to make sure that they conceive.” “That means he has been here since I raided his pack and the human Hunters raided on top, freeing him. I know he wants to ask more, and he hesitates before rising from the seat, bowing slightly, and then leaving the office. I turn and walk over to the balcony windows, open them and walk out, this is the first packhouse that I have ever come across that has a balcony connected to the Alpha’s office, but then knowing Valentino and his family they liked to be different and a balcony off of their office would provide an easy escape if needed. I feel inside me once more, looking for Morpheus, but again I can’t find him. I could so do with his input on this. I enjoy the celebration as much as I can and as it gets closer to midnight and the moon's highest peak; I walk out onto the makeshift stage. I hold a microphone behind my back just in case my voice doesn't carry like it should. I really didn't need to worry though, as I start to say,"Welcome everyone, we are here tonight not only to celebrate the full moon but to celebrate the freedom of a pack..."Everyone cheered and whistled and howled.
