Chapter Seventy-Two: Light At The End Of The Tunnel

Most of the car ride was filled with Jayden giving Vito an update on all that had happened with his work since he’d been gone, nothing that I typically wanted to hear about. The less I know about what Vito does, the better it makes me feel about him leaving me to get it done.

With my head against the window feeling a little jet legged from having to get up much early to leave for the UK, I was exhausted and only watched all of the tress go by as we continued down some country road.
