"It's okay, please stop crying. You know I hate to see you like this," Fred said.

Annah had been inconsolable. It just felt like she had finally allowed the water works to flow down freely since he came. She wasn't holding back and she wanted him to see the depth of her pain and everything she had suffered in Connor's hands.

"It's okay," Fred sighed, comforting her.

Finally, after what felt like hours, Annah stopped crying. Her eyes were puffy and she realized that she had messed up his shirt with her tears and snot. Her cheeks turned pink immediately and she felt embarrassed.

"Oh sorry, I've messed up your shirt." she chuckled.

"The shirt is nothing, it's fine." Fred smiled.

He pulled it over his head and Anna's eyes widened when she saw how built he was. She knew he was built normally but seeing this now just told her that he had been a regular person at the gym.
