CHAPTER FIFTY TWO

Mel gave a small sly smile, "After all, he wouldn't mind giving his wife such a sum, it didn't give you any problem, when you were getting it last time, so why would it now?"

Mel was black mailing her, to hide her secret would come with a price and what was worse was that it was once both their secrets.

Amelia always knew that there would be a Million and One issues due to all the lies she had told, she knew issues would rise sooner or later but what she never ever expected was that Mel would be the first one to bring all those issues.

"I will give the money to you, were do we meet?"

Amelia said, her voice wiped clear of emotion, something bitter rising in her throat - the taste of betrayal.

"I'll be giving you an account to send it to me, don't worry, it doesn't carry my name"

Mel passed a paper to her, containing the bank account, this was all planned out.

Amelia turned around to walk away but Mel held her back.

"Nothing later than 6pm in the evening by the morrow"
