He quietly exited the room.

"Oh my, I should've probably brought my cat here with me!" Mary said followed with a giggle.

Xavier stopped on her tracks.

"Actually, we have pets in our house. My dad gifted me a Persian cat on my 22nd birthday. It was my first pet. Then after that, my dad brought home another pet. He gave his granddaughter a shih tzu and I got another cat," she shared. She was happy to be able to have someone to talk to, especially in her her situation right now.

"Wow! I actually have a poodle and a husky, too!" Mary said with excitement on her voice. She was only one year younger than Margarette and they vibe so much as if they were childhood friends.

"Really?" Margarette was widely smiling. "I love pets."

"Same here. I even think I can't live without my babies. They are very precious to me," said Mary. "They are my life."

Margarette giggled. "You're so cute! I hope you wil bring your pets here when you visit again, I'm pretty sure Xaire would love them!"

"I sure will."
