Chapter 109

Hazel’s POV

“He asked if Asher was his son and I didn’t know what to say so I just lied.” I explained, answering Alesha’s question when she asked about what was going on between Damian and I.

“You lied to him about his own son!” She was almost yelling but soon controlled herself when she remembered that Asher was in the other room.

She doesn’t seem too impressed with what I did but I knew deep down that even if everyone chose to go with my lies, Damian wouldn’t.

He knew everything about me, he knew when I’m lying and when I’m telling the truth and I silently prayed that he doesn’t find out until I’m able to tell him that Asher is his son.

“That is so not cool, he deserves to know and if you don’t tell him he’ll find out sooner or later,” Alesha’s voice jolted me out of my thoughts.

“Have you seen the both of them, they look exactly alike and hiding the truth for so long would do more harm than good.” She added and I hated to agree with her but she’s right.

“I’ll tell him, I just need
