Chapter 36. Inside The Alpha's Trap
When Gabriel heard that Eva wanted to quit her job and leave his company, his wrath rang. He strolled hastily to the room, disregarding the caution from his Gammas.
"Alpha, wait!"
"You will never step away from this room whatsoever! I will never let you go anywhere to run, Eva. You are mine!" Gabriel growled and half-yelled at Eva while pointing at her. Eva is shocked to her core and getting paler. She could not breathe and was scared so much. Cheyne stopped Gabriel from doing something that might kill Eva instead.
"Alpha, please. You scared her." Cheyne put his hands on Gabriel's chest to keep him from moving forward. Bryan and Adam also came to restrain Gabriel.
"I am your Alpha, so you must obey me!" Gabriel yelled more. His golden eyes almost turn to crimson when the rage is peaking. It was not a good sign at all.
"Please, let me go. I want to leave." Eva was crying and tried to stand. While enduring her pain, she attempted to run from the room

Although she feared Gabriel, Eva was forced to sit back in her chair. Gabriel could barely control himself because Eva wanted to leave his company, and he couldn't fully concentrate on his work anymore.
