In the meantime, Kai had managed to trap the vampire within a fire circle to keep him from fleeing. Olivia ran towards the vampire and struck him with bolds of heat one after the other. At the same time Adrian appeared with a piece a branch from a nearby tree and drove it through the vampire’s heart. He melted into a mass of blood and lava.
“We have to leave,” Adrian said urgently. “The lightning bolts may create curiosity and the last thing we want is to blow our cover.”
After the meeting at the farm house, Ditto teleported himself to Chicago. He knew that agents of L.I.F.E were working there and that was another reason he needed to keep an eye on the events in Chicago.
